Resources and Encouragement for Lay Ministers
What is a “lay minister?” If you’re not ordained, and if you serve your Anglican church in one of the dozens of ministries, e.g., music team, lay reader, lay eucharistic minister, Sunday School teacher, nursery volunteer, Bible study leader, or small group leader, then you’re a lay minister. And you’re a treasure to your congregation!
Could you use some encouragement and advice on how to enjoy your service more, or how to more effectively use your gifts? You’ve come to the right place.
You’ve got the dedication—we know you have a heart for service. We know you love the Lord Jesus and want to serve him and the people in your congregation. But this special kind of ministry requires specialized training and tools to be sustainable, and that’s what we love to share with you. Here you’ll find encouragement, inspiration, and learning tools to make the most of the time you’re given in this life for the advancement of God’s kingdom.
